Cool New Listing In Inglewood Hits The Market
1216 Preston Drive Nashville, TN 37206
I'm proud to show you guys around my newest listing. Located on Preston Drive, near where it intersects with Rosebank and not far from Rosebank Elementary and all that tall, beautiful blowing grass around Cornelia Fort Airpark, this 1,700-square-foot home is owned by some friends of mine (local business owners in East Nashville) and has been used as a rental for the past couple of years. Its tenants have taken great care of this 1959 ranch, further punching up its personality with fun touches.
Prior to the renters' occupancy, the homeowners took out the wall between the living room and dining room, opening up the space and giving it the modern appeal--and added sunlight--it needed. Don't worry there's still plenty of retro touches remaining; see the upstairs bathroom, tiled in pink and black. There are hardwood floors throughout.
This is a versatile home, with a full kitchen upstairs as well as a kitchenette downstairs that could be used in any number of ways. Most of the downstairs is a finished basement with awesome wood beams that stretch across the ceiling. There's also a garage with plenty of room for storage and the laundry facility.
Perhaps most notably, this house sits on a patch of land that's a little over half an acre. There's a weeping willow and a little creek. It's a nice slice of country calm in the middle of busy East Nashville.
Let me know (615-866-4670) if you have any questions about this listing or if you'd like to schedule a tour.
