If you live in Donelson (or have been looking for a home in that Nashville suburb), it probably comes as no surprise to see studies touting the area’s rapidly rising stock.


I’ve been touting Donelson’s potential for years now, and lately, the love’s going national. The Tennessean just shared a study that included Donelson in a ranking of the nation’s 20 hottest residential zip codes.


That’s great news for Donelson home owners, but as the Tennessean piece notes, it does make buying into the neighborhood a little more intense. On average, homes in those top 20 ZIP codes are on and off the market in about three weeks, which is more than 50 days faster than home sales in the rest of the country.
