Back in June, I talked a little about how the in-the-works Hill Center Brentwood was aiming to be a new “downtown Brentwood.” This week, we get a little bit of a closer look at how those aims are coming to life.
The Nashville Post reported on a crop of tenants that have signed on to be a part of the massive project, which, after the completion of its first phase, will include 158,000 square feet of office space and 66,000 of retail and restaurant space. (By the time it’s all complete, it’ll total 10 buildings and 600,000 square feet.)
Among the restaurants: casual Mexican place Uncle Julio’s; Nama Sushi Bar (which already has a Nashville location in Midtown); and upscale, made-to-order eatery YEAH! BURGER.
Among the shops: infant and children’s boutique Cori & Co baby|child, The Cosmetic Market, Hand and Stone spa and others. Lots more info in the H.G. Hill press release.
In 2017, the shopping and hang-out options in Brentwood will surely be different, and will definitely be broader.
