Moving To Mt Juliet

News got around early this month that well-loved sports/athletic apparel company Under Armour had chosen Mt. Juliet for its new, $100 million distribution center, bringing lots of jobs and more growth to that already growing community. 

It’s another bragging right for the on-the-rise MidState burg, and I’ve noticed more and more local house-hunters adding Mt. Juliet to their towns-to-explore list. Among the city's draws: close proximity to the airport and to Nashville; very doable cost of living; a vibrant business landscape (the city says a new business snags a permit every two days there); and lots more. 

Curious about what the Mt. Juliet market’s looking like right about now? I rounded up a few homes on the market that offer lots of space and style for the money:
