Nashville Homes That You Will Want To See
by T.J. Anderson
Here are three Nashville properties, newly to market, that I think are especially fantastic. If you'd like to see any of these live and in person, contact us!
1) 1500 Gale Lane, Nashville, TN 37212, $1,790,000
The deets: 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 4,135 square feet of sheer perfect amazingness. Done in all white (with the exception of dark hardwoods throughout and funky Anthropologie wallpaper adorning a breakfast nook) and drenched in natural sunlight, this home lives at the intersection of modern and classic. There's also a studio or guest house in the back. Could this house possibly be any more home magazine worthy?
2) 5035 Marchant Dr, Nashville, TN 37211, $320,000
The deets: 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, 2,092 square feet. In Nashville's Crieve Hall neighborhood, this home was built in 1958 but has since been meticulously renovated--most recently both of the full baths on the main floor got updated, along with the kitchen. This home is notable also for its full finished basement, which is adjoined by a full bedroom and full bathroom. Other highlights: pretty hardwoods throughout the main floor of this home, incredible deck and backyard for entertaining.
3) 200 Woodmont Circle, Nashville, TN 37205, $489,000
The deets: 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2,458 square feet. This gorgeous Belle Meade home was built in 1932 and is jam-packed with stunning details like arched doorways and windows, beautiful hardwoods and tiled floors. A dreamy new master bedroom and master bathroom were recently completed upstairs and include a walk-in closet. There's also another bedroom upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs. My favorite part of this home: the sunroom and great big backyard.
