Most everyone’s focused on holiday shopping this weekend, which, from where I'm standing, makes it a pretty ideal weekend for house shopping. And if you’re feeling like hitting some open houses, you have some great options from Davidson to Williamson County, too:

For a quick peek, here are just a few homes that are open this weekend that caught my eye for various reasons, and at various price points:

3705 Burrus St.

Growing Inglewood has some great updated historic homes, and this 3-bed, 2 1/2 bath brick cottage, built in 1945, is a great example, with a big, open kitchen, modern bathroom fixtures and a really charming fireplace. Open Sunday!

2299 N Berrys Chapel Rd.

This one’s for folks who want something really unique, with a distinct, historic, in-the-country vibe: A log home on three acres in Franklin that’s two miles from Cool Springs and has spaces that’ll really let you enjoy your leafy surroundings, from a huge screened-in porch to ample deck and porch space. The wood-burning fireplace: an extra cabin-cool benefit. Open Sunday.

1803 Shackleford Rd.

Not a detail missed in Green Hills: almost 5,500 square feet of space with 4 beds, 3 full and 2 half baths and lots of eye-grabbing design touches, from luxury bathroom details to ornate ceilings, classic fireplaces and many built-ins. Open Sunday.
Any of these homes fit the bill for what you’re looking for? If you’re wanting some expert help narrowing down your Middle Tennessee home options to find the perfect place, I’d love to help. Drop me a line!
