True, the idea of spending time outside the last few weeks is more masochist than culinary. However, if one puts aside a few brutal weeks of heat, the idea of an outdoor kitchen is a great addition.
An all season outdoor kitchen can add value and another room to enjoy in your home. How grand you decide to make it can vary. If you love to entertain, you may go as big as the one above. If you are more ramen noodle than Filet Mignon, you can go simpler, but get the desired effect, like below.
