Want to see which properties the wealthiest Nashvillians are buying up? Me, too. It's always fun to take a walk on the rich side. Come along with me as we take a quick-click trip through the 10 highest selling properties in the Nashville area so far in 2014.

1. 2019 Old Hillsboro Rd., $4,800,000

This landmark estate, built in 1850 in Williamson County, is a work of art plain and simple. It's 6,353 square feet and sits on 44 rolling acres, plus came with a separate guest cottage and a pool house. Holy.

2. 1224 Waterstone Blvd., $4,250,000
In Franklin's prestigious, gated Laurelbrooke subdivision, this mansion has a poolhouse that's probably bigger than your actual house. Also equipped with a wine cellar. 1.9 acres sweetened the deal.

3. 1311 Chickering Rd., $4,000,000
This nearly 12,000-square-foot house in Belle Made was built in 2002 but feels old world in every way. No expense was spared on opulent fixtures and furnishings.

Another epic Belle Meade Colonial-inspired mansion. This one is a whopping 9,200 square feet. There's a pool, of course, two acres, a heated saltwater pool with an outdoor kitchen, and about a million other to-die-for features.

This place reminds me of a souped-up summer camp of your dreams.

This big, highly contemporary home came with a media room, exercise room, and a covered patio with a fireplace.
