The Tennessean’s Toast of Music City Reader’s Choice Awards ballots are out and about, and voting is under way, with categories ranging from Best Art Gallery to Best Weatherperson and just about everything imaginable in between.

I’m up in the Best Real Estate Agent category, and I’d appreciate your vote a tonIf we haven’t worked together yet and you’re still on the fence about who should get your click, here are a few arguments in my favor:

  1. I take my job and my clients’ needs very seriously. I take myself… a little less seriously.

  2. I’m a big supporter of other local businesses.

  3. I’m a big supporter of local dogs.

  4. I’m a big supporter of local businesses who support local dogs.

  5. I love and know Nashville, but I’m always striving to know it better.

  6. Our relationship isn’t shallow; I care about Nashville’s health, too.

  7. If you’re hunting for a home, I’m 100 percent dedicated to finding you the perfect fit, whether you’re dead set on buying a Victorian, on being on the Middle Tennessee waterfront, or, say, being near Nashville craft beer.

  8. If you’re not about to buy or sell a home, I still want to do what I can to help you enjoy the home you’re in more.

  9. While I firmly believe it’s an honor just to be nominated, my dog, Ella, really has her heart set on me taking home the prize. And that face is very persuasive.

Still need more ammo? These are thoughts from some of my fantastic clients:

“He is dedicated to finding his clients the best home for their own lifestyle, or to get the best offer for a listing, and he works hard for each and every person or family."
— K. Novosel

“He handpicked the house of my dreams and despite it having several other offers on the table, he worked his magic to make it mine.”
— M. Lafevor

“He was very accommodating to our busy work schedules and never made us feel like we ‘pestering’ him when we asked about a home or to go view a home.”
— Jason Galaz

“Although TJ helped us buy and sell our home almost three years ago, he continues to help us whenever we need it. He's more than a realtor; he's a friend.”
— Stacy & Jay Price

“He is, without question, the most knowledgable and responsive agent in Nashville (and beyond).” —Pinky Gonzales“He was thorough, patient and helpful. Plus he did it all with a sense of humor which we appreciated.”
— J. Grimes

“I’m so fortunate and proud to call you my son.”
— My mom, who’s very biased, but still

Voting is open until July 25 — click here to go to the Toast of Music City voting page, click on Best Real Estate Agent, find TJ Anderson in the list, and click the red vote button next to my name. I (and our team... and Ella) would be extra thankful for the support.
