We talk a lot about the incredible growth we’ve been experiencing in Nashville, and it’s a topic that locals are certainly split on — some of us are excited to see the way Nashville’s changed, others feel we’re losing something in the process.

In the latter group, that feeling’s been encouraging some to look outside the city’s borders in their house hunts. I love Nashville, but I’m also glad that our surrounding area has so many vibrant communities with lots to offer residents who are feeling drawn to spreading out and settling down.

I have a lot of Nashville suburb loves, and this week, I’d like to look toward one that offers a lot to homebuyers who want an area that’s welcoming, close-knit, has a great historic downtown, highly desired Williamson County schools and many beautiful homes: Nolensville.

You don’t need to take my word on Nolensville’s draw — as this post on Brentwood Home Page mentions, Nolensville was recently ranked as the second best Nashville suburb to live in (after Brentwood, which always earns a lot of well-deserved love).

Curious to check Nolensville out?

First a look at the bigger Open Houses picture this weekend:
