If you follow along on our blog or our social media spots (Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter), you likely saw what a busy East Nashville week we just had. Three beautiful listings, three sales almost immediately after hitting the market.

It’s a super hot neighborhood in a super hot market, no doubt about that.

Still, all East Nashville homes don’t go that fast, even in this market. And a great, knowledgeable Realtor (I might be biased, but I count my team among those) can help you get the home you’re dreaming about, even when things are moving in hours, not days.

If you need help navigating this market as you search for a home, reach out to us — we’re dedicated to getting our clients into their dream homes, whether that means working within white-hot East Nashville or seeking out something more laid-back further out from Nashville.

Given our incredibly busy East Nashville week, though, I wanted to focus this week’s Open House roundup on that side of the Cumberland. There are some great homes open this weekend in 37206, 37207 and 37216. A few of my favorites follow.

First, the bigger Open Houses picture:

And then some East Nashville Open Houses you can put on your weekend to-do list:

205 N 16Th St.

Nashville, TN 37206

If you’re aiming for neighborly Lockeland Springs, you’re probably also hoping for one of the many gorgeous historic homes that have made that part of East Nashville as prized as it is. Perfect example: This nearly 4,000-square-foot Victorian, built in 1899 and bearing the beautiful exterior details that come with that era, evident from the front porch (swing’s already installed). The home’s fully renovated, so inside, you have modern conveniences throughout. And heads up, musicians: soundproofed studio, too. Open Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

404 S 16th St.

Nashville, TN 37206

Prefer to go modern? Still in Lockeland Springs, this new build is contemporary cool, with sleek design, an open concept and a private deck with a view off the master. Open Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

{mls: 1675604}

810 Stockell St.

Nashville, TN 37207

Our historic Cleveland Park listing went lightning-quick last week — 37207 is full of incredible historic homes (and new builds too), and buyers are feeling the love. On that front: A 1930 home with a whole lot of space — 2,400 square feet, plus a full basement — and so many cute historic touchstones (check out that clawfoot tub). Open Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

{mls: 1675185}

1640 Chase St.

Nashville, TN 37216

Drawn toward Inglewood? Here’s a totally renovated 3-bed, 2 1/2-bath home close to Riverside Village and all the great things to eat there. Open Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

Let us know if any of these homes strike a chord (or if we can help you find some other options in East Nashville or beyond).
