10 Nashville Home Tours On Design Websites

by T.J. Anderson

As our city becomes ever moreso the darling of the national press, home design websites are featuring more Nashville homes as well. We've always had creative, gutsy, one-of-a-kind, gorgeous homes here, but now a wider audience gets access to them. Here are 10 peep-worthy Music City residences that have recently been featured on design sites and in publications.

1) Here is knitwear designer Josi Faye’s Nashville home, which reads warm and inviting in spite of being startlingly minimalist.

2) Interior designer Ruthie Lindsey’s quirky/amazing/antiques-laden Eastland Avenue home (which she no longer lives in) was featured on Apartment Therapy in 2013.
3) And here’s Ruthie’s current home, as featured on Design*Sponge this past spring.
4) Here, local architect David Baird’s home with his interior designer wife Marchelle Guilbeau is featured on Apartment Therapy.
5) Also on Design*Sponge this year: The East Nashville Tudor belonging to Michael and Mandy Pellegrin.
6) House Beautiful magazine peeked into the lush home of designer Markham Roberts.
7) Still another East Nashville home on Design*Sponge—this one in Lockeland Springs, belonging to artist Jodi Hays and her husband Felix Gresham.
8) And of course Southern Living staged its picture perfect 2013 “Idea House” at Fontanel here in Nashville.
9) This tour is from 2010 but is a really nice one of the Nashville home belonging to Hicks Paper Goods designer Sara Hicks Malone, featured on the decor8 blog.
10) Here’s my favorite Nashville home featured on the interwebs recently. It belongs to antiques dealer Jeannette Whitson.
Is there a great Nashville home tour I missed? Please leave a link in the comments!
