Late last week, I introduced some new Salemtown properties that I couldn’t be more in love with, for a variety of reasons — impeccable modern style, environmentally friendly (and energy bill-friendly) construction, location in a fantastically cool and rapidly growing neighborhood… 1901 3rd Ave. N. and 302 Coffee St., both build by Paragon Group, are truly exceptional homes that I know some lucky homeowners are gonna go head over heels for.

You really have to see these homes in person to grasp how gorgeous they are, and to encourage the in-person thing, we’re hosting Open Houses at both homes on Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m. Come by, take a look around and get a deeper picture of why I’m so enamored.

If you’re not super familiar with the Salemtown/Germantown area, Sunday makes for a good excuse to tour that corner of Nashville, too. Along with being a hub of top restaurants and shops and other things to do, this area has a vibrant mix of historic homes and new builds, with tons of growth happening at just about every corner. If you’re looking for a true urban feel, with walkability and city-centric excitement, you’d do worse than to look around here, for sure.

So for this week’s Open Houses roundup, I’ll give a peek into what’s happening this weekend around Germantown and Salemtown, starting with the EnergyStar-certified, thoroughly beautiful new Salemtown homes from Paragon Group.

First, the big picture of Open Houses in the area:

And then, some Salemtown and Germantown-area homes you can pop by to visit this weekend (our Open Houses included):

Tend to have a lot of houseguests you wanna put up in style? This new Salemtown construction from Paragon Group is a perfect fit, with 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths over nearly 2200 square feet of living space. All that living space is impeccably cool, too, with designer finishes, concrete floors and a garage-style door in the living area that lends a rugged industrial edge and high style. Open Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

1901 3rd Ave. N.

Like its Coffee Street neighbor, this new Paragon Group home in Salemtown is total urban cool, but with its own unique touches — check out the built-ins in the main living area, and the high-style tile work in the kitchen… and everything else, really. Open Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m.

507 Coffee Street

Nashville, TN 37208

More new Salemtown construction, this attached home has lots of cute outdoor living space, including three balcony-style decks that add up to a full 300 square feet. Plenty of options for wine/coffee al fresco. Open Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

903 Locklayer St.

Nashville, TN 37208

A cozy, newer family home in nearby Hope Gardens, close to lots of Germantown action. Butcher-block countertops, bamboo floors and and a really awesome bi-level deck are just a few of the fun features at this place. Open Saturday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Intrigued by the Salemtown/Germantown area and want to know more? I’d be glad to show you around — reach out and tell me about what you’re looking for.
