I’m not kidding myself: Three out of four people reading this probably have one main objective for this weekend, and it involves massive amounts of Pokémon GO.

I won't try to talk you out of it, either — right about now, we could all use some fun, active distraction. But if you’re also in the middle of house hunting in the Nashville area, things are still busy and bustling (maybe not Pokémon GO bustling, but still), so I’d also encourage you to try and fit in catching a few properties while you’re catching Weepinbells and Charmanders.

For this week’s Open House roundup, I’ll do what I can to keep you focused. If you’re playing Pokémon GO, you know that Centennial Park is pretty much the hottest hotbed of catchable friends. So I picked out some properties that’ll keep you as close to the park as possible.

First, the wider picture of area Open Houses:

And then, some conveniently Centennial Park-adjacent Open Houses to visit:

{mls: 1742856}

317 Chesterfield Ave.

Nashville, TN 37212

$439,000

This historic stone bungalow in the Hillsboro/West End area is fantastically cute, with window and fireplace detail, hardwoods and trim that beam early 1900s style and quality. The front porch is a stunner, too. Open Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m.

{mls: 1734639}

2304 Ashwood Ave

Nashville, TN 37212

$575,000

A little down the way (but still close to Centennial) over in the highly desired Hillsboro Village area, you have this 3-bed, 2 1/2-bath historic brick home that’s been updated tastefully — the bright and classic kitchen is particularly inviting. It’s walkable to Hillsboro restaurants and shops, too — bonus for everyday fun and/or potential Pokémon success. Open Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m.

{mls: 1741328}

3210 Long Blvd., #302

Nashville, TN 37203

$899,900

A massive loft space (the last one available in this building) that’s all luxury — two master suites, pro-grade Viking appliances, striking finishes and the like. And man, you really can’t beat that view. Open Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

Need help finding Nashville’s other best PokéStops? Well, OK, I’m not gonna be particularly useful there. But if you need help finding a Nashville-area home that fits your wish list to a T — that, I can do. Reach out and tell me about what you need!
