I’ve mentioned a few times before how great a time fall and winter can be for house-hunting and selling, and fittingly, we have a busy weekend of Open Houses here at TJ Anderson Homes. We work with buyers and sellers all around Middle Tennessee, and this weekend, we’ll be showing off some beautiful homes in Williamson County (specifically Brentwood and Westhaven/Franklin), both of which have tons of eye-grabbing design touches and are totally ready for you to stroll in and feel at home.

Those Open Houses:

1563 Fawn Creek Rd.

Lots of space in this 5-bed, 4 1/2 bath Raintree Forest home — nearly 4,300 square feet, plus 9-foot ceilings on the main floor and a two-story entryway and living room that make the square footage feel even more ample. The mature trees on the property bring great privacy to the home’s outdoor living space too. Open Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.!

107 Gladstone Ln.

A really ideal family home on a quiet, neighborly street in much-desired Westhaven, this 3-bed, 3-bath home — a Davenport model — has many of those key boxes checked off: beautiful hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, large walk-in closets, charming fireplace, built-ins, bonus room and more. Open Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.!

We’d love to see you at either/both of these homes this weekend. If these aren’t a lock with what you’re looking for, open houses abound elsewhere throughout Middle Tennessee, too.

If there’s a specific area or specific home details you’re hunting in or for, we’d love to help. Just reach out and let us know about your needs.
