A few years ago, I chatted about the benefits of home staging in Nashville with Anthea Click Of Fresh Perspectives. I’ve turned to Click and her Nashville home staging company many a time to help prep homes for sale in Nashville. And I've done so in part because I know how much good staging a home can do, and specifically because I know she and her team have impeccable taste, from choosing furniture and accents to knowing just how to set up a space to accentuate its positives.

Beyond, Fresh Perspectives knows Middle Tennessee homes, and the kinds of home-design aesthetics that tend to appeal to homebuyers and homeowners here, even distilled down from neighborhood to neighborhood.

That all sets up why I was so glad to see that the Fresh Perspectives team has branched out to offer what plenty of Nashville clients and admirers have long asked for: an FP-branded and curated lifestyle furniture collection, FP Home Design.

What you’ll get from FP Home Design

For the new FP Home Design collection, founder Anthea Click has hand-selected each piece, from furniture to throw pillows, with a focus on “quality, value, and style so you can achieve the FP look in your home.”

Overall, she was looking for “rich textures, soft fabric and classic design,” and selections like the Doheney bed up top and Haven U-shaped sectional below illustrate how that plays out in the collection.

Trying to get that HGTV look in your Nashville home?

I love home design, so I’m not immune to the draw of HGTV — I’ve pulled inspiration from more episodes of Fixer Upper than I can count. And I know I’m not alone. Nashville homebuyers tell me all the time that they wish they could pull together a fresh, focused, HGTV-ready look in their spaces.

Looking toward FP Home Design can surely help there  — the team has been helping out with new Nashville-based HGTV show Flip or Flop Nashville, and they’re sharing must-have pieces from Flip or Flop episodes.

The pieces pictured below — including a snuggly and inviting faux-Sherpa Schultz Bench, and a boho-bright rattan Sola chair — were part of a recent episode, and are available for purchase through FP Home Design.

The FP team’s aim in sharing those pieces: to help you create a “magazine moment in your home.”
