This is the first in a series that will feature happy home buyers and sellers who have worked with  T.J. Anderson's Real Estate Services. This post celebrates our success selling the East Nashville home of our friends Pinky Gonzales and Laura Jansen. We're kind of bowled over by their kind words, but we'll take 'em.
Pinky Gonzales and Laura Jansen

Homeowners' Names: Pinky Gonzales & Laura Jansen
Home Address: 1506 Gartland Avenue, Nashville, TN, 37206
Tell me about your (former) house:
It's a 2-story modern craftsman, built to the historical standards of the neighborhood. The original home was destroyed in the 1999 tornado and this gem was built in its place shortly after. It had a detached 2-car garage, professional landscaping by Arthouse Gardens, and a beautiful open floor plan.
How long did it take to sell your house?
4 weeks
What was your experience with T.J. Anderson and his team like?
Working with T.J. was enjoyable and straight-forward. He's hard-working and brought 40 people to the open house. He knows East Nashville like none other and is an excellent communicator.
You've worked with T.J. to buy and sell other properties. Why do you keep using him?
T.J. has consistently been the best agent I've ever worked with. I (Pinky) sold 2 houses and bought 2 houses with him, and all of those experiences were great. He's continually professional, reliable, and effective. Plus, he's just a great guy!
You two faced a unique challenge because you needed to sell your Nashville home from afar, as you live in Portland. Did you find that manageable?
Yes, we don't know how else we would have done it! T.J. took care of everything.

Thanks Guys! Now, if we could just get you to move back and do it all over again!
