Moving To Mt Juliet

News got around early this month that well-loved sports/athletic apparel company Under Armour had chosen Mt. Juliet for its new, $100 million distribution center, bringing lots of jobs and more growth to that already growing community.

It’s another bragging right for the on-the-rise MidState burg, and I’ve noticed more and more local house-hunters adding Mt. Juliet to their towns-to-explore list. Among the city's draws: close proximity to the airport and to Nashville; very doable cost of living; a vibrant business landscape (the city says a new business snags a permit every two days there); and lots more.

Curious about what the Mt. Juliet market’s looking like right about now? I rounded up a few homes on the market that offer lots of space and style for the money:

1030 Oakhall Dr
Mount Juliet

$249,900

In-ground pool for under $250,000? Done. Plus 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and really great entertaining space inside and out.

3051 Kirkland Cir
Mount Juliet

$325,000

Modern and fresh almost-new construction (this 4 bed, 3 bath home was built in 2013) with cool contrasting kitchen design and sunny spaces with high ceilings. Click through to the back patio, though, too — the outdoor fireplace is a stunner.

3231 Charleston Way
Mount Juliet

$354,900

The curb appeal on this custom Craftsman home is obvious. Inside, you have a great open floor plan and more than 2,500 square feet of living space. Take a look at the covered patio, too — fall cookouts there won’t be too shabby.

104 Hawthorne Vly
Mount Juliet

$364,500

With almost 3,000 square feet of living space on about 3/4 of an acre, you’re free to spread out in this home, which has more than a few other likable features: high great-room ceilings; a cool fireplace; a really well-appointed master bath and lots more.

{mls: 1576750}

3209 Charleston Way
Mount Juliet

$409,904

Great front porch and back patio space, lofted living room open to the bright kitchen, a huge homey den space — this one’s a great family home, with almost 3,200 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

Do you have Mt. Juliet on your mind? I’d love to show you around and help you find the perfect place to land, whether it’s one of these homes or another find altogether. Just reach out.
