Nashville Homes For Sale That Offer Spectacular City Views

We’re getting ready to list a property I’m really excited about: a historic cottage in the Love Circle area. More news on that soon.
But if you know anything about Love Circle, it’s probably that a) country star John Rich’s Mt. Richmore is there and b) the area has some of the best views in the city. See below.
I’d love to focus this week’s Open House roundup entirely on/around Love Circle, but another thing worth knowing: Homes there don’t hit the market that busily. So I have nothing to share there this weekend.
What I can share, however, is a few Nashville rooms with a view. They might not be Love Circle views, but they’ll be something pretty to look at nonetheless.
First, the broader options:
Then, some Nashville-area homes on the market with impressive views.
1723 A Nassau St
Nashville, TN 37208
Coming up fast on the heels of nearby Germantown in the hot-neighborhood department: Historic Buena Vista, just to the north. Lots of new construction there, as with Salemtown (and Germantown, still), like this 4-bed, 4-bath home with nice views of downtown from the rooftop deck. Open Tuesday, 4 to 7 p.m.
440 37th Ave N
Nashville, TN 37209
For Nashville homebuyers who want to be close to downtown and still get an eagle-eye view, Sylvan Summit is becoming a prized option — new modern homes like this one are popping up briskly, generally with roof decks that take full advantage of the summit elevation. Lots of room here inside, too — just short of 2900 square feet. Open Sunday, 1 to 5 p.m.
907 Southside Pl
Nashville, TN 37203
High-rises in The Gulch are known for their views, but if you’re not as into the condo life, the Gulch View area right down the way has more single-family homes that still offer a prominent perch. This 4-bed, 3 1/2 bath home has more than 3000 square feet of space inside, and a roof deck that packs a lot of wow. Open Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.
301 Demonbreun St., Unit 1016
Nashville, TN 37201
You might want to look out and over the city line, or you might want to be immersed in it. If you’re among the latter, a corner unit like this in the Encore downtown could be your dream home. Windows in this 2-bed, 2-bath unit are plentiful, so just about everywhere you turn, you feel the humming city around you. It’s a view that New Yorkers are used to, but that’s become a Nashville norm only in more recent years. Steps from Ascend Amphitheater, Bridgestone Arena, the Ryman and so much more, this location is choice. Oh yeah: two parking spots, too. Open Saturday, 2 to 4 p.m.
Whether your wish list includes a pretty view or a big basement for shop projects, I’d love to help you find your new Nashville home. Let me know what you’re looking for, and I’ll start hunting.
