November 9 Open Houses In Davidson And Williamson Counties

Earlier this week, I shared my thoughts on why fall is actually a great time to sell a home and buy a home in Nashville, Williamson County and other parts of Middle Tennessee. If you agree and have decided to dig into your house hunt, I’d love to help — and we can start this weekend with some open houses.

Looks like Sunday’s going to be a bit brisk but sunny; perfect open house weather, far as I’m concerned. And whether you’re looking for a larger property in Franklin or a cozy bungalow in East Nashville, you have a ton of options:

A quick cross-section:

A cozy, 3-bed and 2-bath East Nashville charmer with high ceilings and wide-plank pine floors on the market for $308,400, open Sunday.

A spacious, classic Southern home with 5 beds and 3 1/2 baths in Westhaven (our own Jen Bua is a Westhaven resident, and she’d be more than glad to introduce you to her beloved neighborhood).

Looking to check out some open houses this weekend, or want to talk about some other options? Give me a call — I’d be glad to help you find the perfect place.
