Our Beautiful New Construction Homes In Woodbine Flatrock Are On The Market
by TJ Anderson
They’re finally here, and I couldn’t be more proud and excited to share: 304 Wheeler Avenue (above, left) and 308 Wheeler Avenue (right) in Woodbine/Flatrock, my classic foursquare and modern farmhouse, are on the market.
These two homes were a labor of love, and really, all the love made the months of labor a joy. I’m passionate about and inspired by home design — from architecture to finishing details — so bringing these two properties to life was a chance for me to channel that passion and inspiration into something I know the new homeowners will love as much as I do.
And as I said in my recent Woodbine post, this neighborhood is easy to love too — convenient location, tight-knit community, rapidly expanding business sector and lots of cute homes, from older cottages to new construction. Woodbine is popping with potential and swift growth, and I might be biased, but I think we just added another burst of beauty to the place.
The overall intent with these properties: classic inspiration, modern ease, with artful, high-end details. Both have 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths and 1844 square feet, with huge wooded lots, high ceilings, wide open floor plans and loads of charm.
Here’s a quick look at some of the detail we put into these homes:
Both kitchens have granite and quartz countertops, a gas range and beautiful range hood. Above, in the foursquare (308 Wheeler).
Sand and finish hardwoods on the main floors, made to last.
Tile design: elegant, classic designs that’ll never go out of style. The sleek subway tile and black and white scheme in the farmhouse (308 Wheeler) feels airy and elegant.
Shiplap statement wall detail: a touch that brings added interest without taking away from the historic inspiration.
Lighting makes the home. We worked really hard to find the perfect fixture complements to these classic home designs, and we think you’ll be wowed.
Built-ins: We didn’t just want these homes to look beautiful, we wanted them to live beautifully too. Extra touches like built-ins in the laundry room and a stylish wine rack in the kitchen will help you live happily, clutter-free ever after.
Killer colors: another area we gave lots of time and attention. We don’t want you to have to pick up a roller — just move in, and already feel inspired by the style around you. We love the way the colors in these homes have personality, but still let the architecture (and, once you’re moved in, your furniture) shine.

So what’s the verdict: Are our beautiful new Woodbine builds grabbing your heart like they do mine? If you’d like to take a look, let me know — I’m beyond thrilled to show them off!
