Refer Us and We'll Donate to Urban Green Lab on Your Behalf!

Referrals mean everything to our business, just like participating in our East Nashville community means everything to us as citizens.

That's why us here at T.J. Anderson Real Estate Services are partnering with Urban Green Lab to donate money to the worthy organization for every referral we receive that closes. (The donation amount will depend on the value of the home, as we will donate more for a 400k home than a 150k home.)
Nashville Urban Green Lab
Aren't familiar with Urban Green Lab yet? Even though buzz has been circulating about it for some time, you may still be in the dark about it because it hasn't yet opened.
Set to open in the summer of 2013, Urban Green Lab will be Nashville’s first community center dedicated to sustainable living. The state-of-the-art green building will be a meeting place for students and adults to learn about everything from energy efficiency to urban agriculture. Think of it as a combination adventure museum for the environment and neighborhood gathering place in service of a healthier Nashville--and healthier planet.
T.J. Anderson Real Estate Services is excited about the upcoming Urban Green Lab project as a welcome addition to our East Nashville family. If you or anyone you know is considering selling or purchasing a new home, please reach out to us. We would love to use our knowledge to help you and to help fund the Urban Green Lab!
