Seraphine Design At Peter Nappi And Nashville Fashion Week
Featured Nashville Artist: Brooke Seraphine of Seraphine Designby T.J. Anderson
Nashville jewelry designer Brooke Seraphine, who I'm proud to call a friend of mine, has been teetering on the edge of massive success ever since she launched Seraphine Design in early 2012. The popularity of her chokers, lariats, bracelets, and rings has spread like crazy across Nashville this past couple of years. Her work has even landed on the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Kristen Bell.
Seraphine Design jewelry incorporates natural, polished stone and fine metals like gold and brass with hunks of pyrite (yep, fool's gold); the common denominator in every Seraphine Design piece is the pyrite. Brooke makes each piece by hand in a studio outside her East Nashville home, where she lives with her husband Jack and their two young children.
You can find Seraphine Design for sale here in Nashville at Emerson Grace, JAMIE, and The Trunk, in addition to several online retailers. Next, Seraphine Design's jewels will be on display at Nashville Fashion Week, on opening night, April 1, 2014, on the wrists and collarbones of models during the Black by Maria Silver runway show.
As if that wasn't exciting enough, Seraphine's also taking part in an event at Italian leather luxury good purveyor Peter Nappi's studio next weekend, along with Project Runway participant and Nashvillian Amanda Valentine. See details below.
You're invited to check out Brooke's work at one of these two Nashville Fashion Week events next week. Just let me know if you need more information.
Are you familiar with Seraphine Design? Check out her work here and find her on Facebook.
