Welcome Our Newest Teammate
by TJ Anderson
Our team is growing, and we’re beyond excited to welcome our new Client Coordinator, Laura Scoggins, who brings more Middle Tennessee knowledge and love to TJ Anderson Homes.
New and future clients will get a warm welcome from Laura, who’ll be helping introduce you to our team and how we can help you have the best possible home buying or selling experience. (She’ll also be working on our processes and marketing and growing our already expansive database.)
She draws from a deep well of real estate-related experience: After studying psychology at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, she spent time working on all sides of the mortgage world, from commercial to residential mortgages and title processing. We’re excited to have her expertise and perspective in house.
Laura comes by her knowledge and appreciation of our area honestly, too — she was raised in Franklin (the youngest of six siblings), and now lives in Nashville with her husband of four years, their two beautiful daughters, Hannah (who is 1) and Lillian (5 months), and their sweet weimaraner, Sebastian (if you read our blog regularly, you know how much I appreciate dog lovers).
Our new teammate’s going to be bringing a lot to TJ Anderson Homes and to our clients’ experiences, and we can’t wait for you to meet her. Join us in giving Laura a welcome!
If you’re looking for a new home — or thinking about putting your home on the market — she (and the rest of our team) would love to help. Reach out and let us know about your plans.
